What We Offer

Gas Safety Checks

A gas safety check is a mandatory inspection carried out by a qualified and registered engineer to ensure that all gas appliances, pipework, and flues within a property are safe and compliant with current safety standards. We will assess the condition and operation of appliances, check for gas leaks, suitable ventilation, and that combustion products are being safely removed. They are a legal requirement for landlords, who must ensure that gas appliances are checked annually and that the certification is not out of date.

Boiler Servicing

We recommend that domestic boilers are serviced each year to ensure your boiler is safe and efficient. By maintaining the health of your boiler this helps to prevent potential breakdowns from happening at a time when you need it most. Drain Unblocking

We are on hand to deal with the most stubborn of drainage issues. From a blocked sink to overflowing drains we’re equipped to clear inconvenient blockages that may be disrupting your home or business. CCTV Drainage Survey

For more persistent or long term issues we’re able to complete CCTV surveys of your drainage system on both domestic and commercial sites. This can help to diagnose more complex or concealed drainage issues which are often related to persistent and reoccurring blockages.

Bathroom Refurbishments

Our in-house team can take care of all the aspects of a full refurbishment of your kitchen or bathroom, from strip out, install, electrical, plumbing to tiling and decorating and a final clean.
